Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale laboratory systems projects and operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of centralized laboratory services, laboratory operations, and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience supporting Epic Beaker CP/AP implementations, expansions, or optimization projects.
• Experience leading laboratory systems modernization efforts and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in complex health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide laboratory transformation initiatives focused on workflow optimization, systems modernization, process standardization, and operational improvement.
• Manage the implementation and expansion of Epic Beaker across new facilities and lab environments, ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams—including laboratory leadership, operations, clinical staff, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project adoption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, status reports, and executive communications.
• Oversee vendor relationships, system integrations, testing, and deployment activities while proactively mitigating project risks and dependencies.
