Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 5+ years healthcare experience, including 3-5 years direct phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phlebotomy teams across Wilson Medical Center and BGH, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
• Coordinate daily operations across pre-analytic and post-analytic lab services, specimen management, patient registration, test ordering, and phlebotomy.
• Provide staff leadership, workflow oversight, training, and quality assurance; resolve issues related to workload, equipment, and patient or provider needs.
