Qualifications

• Four years of clinical or anatomical laboratory experience or three years with a master's degree or specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the laboratory division.
• Manage personnel, orientation, scheduling and policies; ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain quality and cost management.
