Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures quality of services and staff development programs.
• Ensures compliance with department and organizational policies and protocols.
