Job summary

Ottumwa Regional Health Center is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to lead our lab team. This role directs daily staffing, mentors staff, and ensures quality service through ongoing training and evaluations. The supervisor will enforce departmental policies and coordinate staff development initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Education: Associate's Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education

• License/Certifications: ASCP or AMT
