Laboratory Supervisor - $10K Sign on Bonus

(Bonus paid over 24 months)

Full-Time - Days

Role/Position Definition: Responsible for routine and non-routine laboratory testing activities, including Point of Care Testing oversight. Performs complex tasks and serves as a senior staff member due to certification, education, or experience.

Qualifications/Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience

Licensure/Certification

• MT/MLS (ASCP) certification required
• BLS certification preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse populations and protect patient confidentiality

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate laboratory procedures, policies, and standards
• Lead and participate in staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Maintain records, ensure quality control, and perform instrument maintenance
• Serve as a resource to physicians and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and safety policies
• Perform phlebotomy as needed and participate in inspections
• Promote a respectful and collaborative environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
