Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor
Reports to: Lab Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
CNY Fertility is a renowned fertility center offering advanced treatments like IVF, IUI, and egg freezing. With a patient-centered approach and cutting-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Laboratory Supervisor will oversee our Andrology and Endocrinology departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, technically skilled, and highly motivated.

Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required. One year in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in a fertility setting is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Effective speaking skills before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to perform basic math operations, compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.
This role involves exposure to bodily fluids or contagious diseases. Weekend and holiday rotations are required. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate verbally or in writing. Occasional sitting is also required.
