You will lead RFIs, RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations while aligning with clinical and supply chain leaders to optimize spend. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage cross-functional stakeholder committees, and present recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sourcing experience, laboratory diagnostics preferred.
• Strong track record negotiating complex supplier contracts and strategic sourcing.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional committees with clinical and operations partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: requirements, RFIs, RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
• Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers on behalf of clients.
• Assess supplier capabilities, financials, and market position to shape recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and operations to resolve issues.
• Lead value analysis committees and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Present strategies, analyses, and implementation plans to executive leadership.
• Analyze spend and performance data to identify opportunities and reduce risk.
• Measure outcomes, savings, and value realization across programs.
• Apply advanced AI insights to improve decision-making and strategy.
