Job summary

Vizient is seeking a strategic sourcing expert to lead enterprise initiatives in the healthcare laboratory sector. You will partner with clinicians, lab leaders, and supply chain teams to shape sourcing strategies and drive measurable value.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management, supplier negotiations, and analytics-driven decision support. The role requires travel and a hybrid office schedule at multiple locations including Centennial, Irving, and Chicago.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare labs.
• Experience leading complex supplier contracts and negotiations.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional committees and build consensus.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle: RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, and post‑award actions.
• Negotiate complex supplier agreements and drive value realization.
• Apply AI fluency to improve analysis and decision-making.
• Present findings to executive leadership and oversee implementation.
