Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant healthcare sourcing experience, with laboratory focus.
• Experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional committees and drive consensus.
• Advanced analytics, communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Advanced AI fluency for strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead the complete sourcing lifecycle from requirements to post‑award activities.
• Negotiate complex supplier contracts on behalf of clients.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, finances, and market position.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Operations to resolve issues.
• Lead value analysis committees and stakeholder alignment.
• Present strategies and implementation plans to executives.
• Analyze spend, utilization and supplier data to identify opportunities.
• Measure outcomes including savings, quality and supply assurance.
• Apply AI to improve strategy, analysis and decision-making.
