You will lead a team, ensure timely, accurate testing, and collaborate with pathologists and clinical teams to optimize workflows and integrate new technologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in biological or chemical sciences as defined by CLIA.
• MLS/MT – ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification.
• IMLS certification.
• CLS or CLT certification.
• Technologist in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or Hematology.
• Histotechnologist certification.
• Specialist in Hematology or Microbiology (ASCP).
• SBB or Chemistry – ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of all laboratory operations and monitor performance to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on new technologies, methods and approaches within the laboratory community.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Develop, implement and monitor policy and procedures; initiate corrective actions and monitor results.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement per standards.
