Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in biological or chemical sciences (as defined by CLIA).
• MLS/MT – ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification; IMLS; CLS or CLT; Technologist in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or Hematology; Histotechnologist; Specialist in Hematology or Microbiology; Blood Banking (SBB) or Chemistry (SC) – ASCP.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the administration of all laboratory operations, monitor performance to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on new technologies and regulatory changes affecting the laboratory.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; create monitoring systems to improve quality and resolve quality or service concerns.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and procurement in line with standards.
