Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in one of the physical, chemical or biological sciences.
• Five years of clinical laboratory experience and two to four years of supervisory experience.
• ASCP (MT, MLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sections of the clinical laboratory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Laboratory Director and Medical Director.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
