Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sample Custodian to provide clerical and administrative laboratory support within the EPA Region 10 Laboratory. You will handle samples storage, assist with equipment and LIMS entries, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role demands strong organization, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a federal contractor environment. Associates degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Strong organization and time-management skills required.
• Adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to collect data, process forms and prepare reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and logging samples.
• Open coolers, inspect shipments and verify contents.
• Enter data into a laboratory information management system (LIMS).
• Adhere to SOPs, health and safety policies and quality control requirements.
