Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. in Golden, CO seeks an Hazardous Waste Personnel to support laboratory activities, sample login, report compilation, and administrative tasks with limited supervision.

The role may involve mentoring, while ensuring compliance with hazardous waste management and analytical operations. The candidate should have an Associates degree or HS diploma with substantial environmental lab exposure, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Sciences or Business is required, plus 3 years of laboratory/monitoring experience or an HS Diploma with 6 years in an environmental lab.
• HAZWOPER and RCRA training preferred.
• U.S. federal security screening must be passed before employment.

Responsibilities

• Draft SOPs for management review.
• Receipt and data entry of samples for LIMS tracking.
• Sample preparation and analysis following SOPs and EPA methods.
• Provide general laboratory support (glassware prep, etc.).
• Other duties may be assigned.
