Ocean Beach Hospital and Medical Clinics is seeking a Laboratory & Diagnostic Services Manager to lead the Laboratory and Radiology Departments. You will oversee staff, quality control, budgeting, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely patient care on the Washington coast.

The role requires a BS in medical technology or related sciences, ASCP/AMT certification, a WA phlebotomy license, and 2+ years of leadership experience. Master’s degree and union-management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical technology or related sciences is required.
• ASCP or AMT certification for Medical Technologist or MLS and five years of clinical experience.
• Washington State DOH Medical Assistant Phlebotomy License is required.
• Two+ years of leadership experience with project management and employee engagement.

Responsabilités

• Direct the Laboratory and Radiology Departments and staff.
• Ensure quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, billing practices, and long-range plans.
• Maintain chargemaster accuracy and prepare inspection reports.
• Lead cross-department collaboration and staff development.
• Oversee licensure requirements and proficiency testing programs.
