Job summary

Plantible Foods is seeking a Quality Control / Quality Analyst Technician to join the Food Safety & Quality team. You will perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications.

You will collaborate with Operations to uphold GMP standards, support FSMA/FSCC programs, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, biotechnology or related field.
• Experience in a lab, QA/QC, food manufacturing, biotech, or pharma environment preferred.
• Familiarity with lab testing, sample prep, calculations, dilutions and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical chemistry and physical testing on materials and products.
• Support environmental monitoring and production-floor quality programs.
• Ensure GMP and food safety standards; coach staff on GMP practices.
• Support environmental monitoring and CAPA activities; investigate non-conformances.
