Job summary

Ellipse Diagnostics is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. This role includes defining and maintaining QA/QC targets, ensuring compliance with CLIA/COLA regulations, and supporting the Medical Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA/QC implementation and LCMS instrument maintenance, with strong leadership capabilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving excellence in laboratory testing.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to motivate a large team and achieve quality management goals.
• Experience in recording and troubleshooting QA/QC processes is essential.
• Must adapt to multi-leadership levels to ensure effective laboratory quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Quality Assurance/Quality Control program operations.
• Define and maintain QA/QC objectives, targets and processes.
• Perform internal audits and recommend changes for compliance.
• Identify training needs and deliver training to personnel.

Skills

QA/QC implementation experience
