Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical/medical laboratory science or related field required.
• Experience with operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and assays preferred.
• ASCP or other certification may be required depending on lab specialty and regulations.
• Exemplary communication skills and ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the technical operation of the laboratory and maintenance of instruments and assays.
• Validate and document operational changes using the test life cycle process (TLCP).
• Lead operational workflow and act as an expert resource for the laboratory technologists.
• Complete other projects or assignments as needed by management.
