Qualifications

• ASCP or other certification may be required depending on the laboratory specialty.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; highly organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and development of staff, and with quality/service oversight.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safety, strategic planning, documents, and new services.
