Job summary

OPEN Healthcare US invites applications for the Clinical Laboratory Operations Assistant to support the Laboratory Operations team with administrative and operational duties, quality assurance, LIS records management, inventory tracking, and workflow coordination.

You will assist leadership with schedules, data entry in LIS, master data upkeep, report generation, and packing/shipping of samples to South Korea.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and medical terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for Laboratory leadership.
• Assist with daily lab operations, reporting, and department communications.
• Perform quality assurance review of accessioning data for accuracy in LIS.
