Job summary

OPEN Healthcare US is seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to lead the clinical lab in Gardena. You will head daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage technical staff while coordinating with the Laboratory Director.

Responsibilities include SOPs, quality control, LIS maintenance, audits, and cross-department collaboration to support patient care and client services.

Qualifications

• Must have MT/MLS certification from ASCP or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of CLIA clinical laboratory experience with at least 3 years managing direct reports.
• Must work on-site in Gardena laboratory/office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Review and update SOPs, maintaining documentation for accreditation.
• Manage direct reports, including training, evaluations, and corrective actions.
