• Bachelor's degree in chemical, environmental, or related field.
• Experience in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Lead and manage Department Leads and supervisors to promote accountability and performance.
• Plan and allocate resources including personnel and workflow management.
• Monitor workflow capacity and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Establish and maintain SOPs aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
