Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in clinical lab science or related field.
• MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification required.
• 8+ years of laboratory experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily laboratory and phlebotomy operations, staffing, and problem resolution.
• Establish monthly work and on-call schedules, monitoring staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, TJC, FDA and OSHA standards.
• Lead orientation and ongoing staff development, education, and competency.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and supplier materials, optimizing resources.
• Foster a culture of trust, engagement, and collaboration across hospital teams.
