Qualifications

• Licensed as a Lab Supervisor or eligible by the State of Florida.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Medical Technologist III.
• Clinical knowledge of pathology and diagnostic laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clerical and technical operations of the pathology and diagnostic laboratory.
• Ensure billing cycle accuracy and review high-cost sendout tests for medical necessity.
• Lead staff development and ensure quality control and safety programs.
