Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in laboratory operations for HLA.
• Six (6) years of preferred experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations including supervision of staff.
• Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate new initiatives and policies to employees.
