HF Sinclair is seeking a Manager Laboratory to lead the laboratory department, overseeing routine and non-routine analyses across diverse samples using a wide range of techniques and instrumentation. The role ensures quality lab analysis with defensible QC/QA while maintaining safe day-to-day operations.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure ASTM-compliant testing, maintain instruments, communicate results to customers, oversee LIMS, and contribute to refinery optimization through process

Formación

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and QA/QC procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve high performance.
• Prepare budgets and manage operating costs through efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Ensure direct reports comply with ASTM procedures when certifying finished products and follow quality protocols.
• Oversee maintenance and quality assurance on laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Clearly communicate and interpret lab results to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to select testing methods and support refinery optimization.
