Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform physical and chemical testing on refinery process streams and finished fuels, ensuring compliance with ASTM specifications and quality control standards.

The role requires proficiency with LIMS, data entry, and interpretation of analytical procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a chemistry degree preferred, and be capable of working rotating shifts in a refinery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry preferred or equivalent experience in an industrial laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely data entry of lab results.
• Possess LIMS proficiency in sample login, data entry and SQC charting.
• Read and follow all analysis procedures and safety standards in English.
• Assist in or perform accurate and repeatable analyses as assigned.
• Participate in proficiency testing programs.
• Prepare chemical solutions per standard formulas.
• Operate instrumentation safely and correctly.
• Work rotating shifts with flexible scheduling.
