Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate short- and long-term laboratory operations.
• Serve as technical resource across the health system and support leadership.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; schedule and coach employees.
• Maintain quality assurance; ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Develop and manage department budget; negotiate with vendors.
• Monitor productivity and adjust staffing as needed.
• Promote process improvement and collaboration across teams.
• Share knowledge with care teams and external inquiries.
