Fetter Health Care Network Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Clinical Lead to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring safety and protocol compliance.

The role coordinates activities, manages supplies and equipment, and supports clinical staff across Johns Island, Summerville, Outreach, and Walterboro. Responsibilities include safety audits, training, inventory control, calibration of equipment, and documentation of laboratory results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in lab setting; supervision/coordinator preferred.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• Ability to train and lead staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily laboratory operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduled laboratory activities including testing and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety audits and training for laboratory staff; maintain proper documentation.
