Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory operations to meet facility goals and budgets.
• Provide direct leadership, supervision, and performance management for staff.
• Lead coaching, training, and professional development of laboratory personnel.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and responsive service.
• Support laboratory activities to meet operational demands and business objectives.
• Maintain and support the QA program, investigate deviations, and document QA activities.
