Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to perform a range of diagnostic tests in the Clinical Laboratory. The role involves venipuncture, quality control, troubleshooting, and training, with responsibilities spanning specimen processing and safety compliance.

Qualified candidates will have an AS degree with 4+ years of lab experience or a BS with 2 years, and relevant certifications (ASCP, BLS within stated timelines).

Qualifications

• AS degree with 4+ years CL lab experience or BS with 2+ years CL lab experience
• ASCP certification within 1 year of hire preferred
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests to yield accurate results
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure reporting only when systems function properly
• Train bench staff, MLS/MLT students, and contribute to training tools
• Assist in phlebotomy, specimen processing, and requisition checks as needed
• Maintain safety and quality control per procedures
