Qualifikationen

• Requires bachelor's degree and MT(ASCP) or equivalent with 5 years of progressively higher level management experience.
• Master's in business administration, health administration, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide management direction to laboratory staff and medical directors to ensure labs function smoothly and provide high-quality services.
• Support the director in reviewing the annual budget and developing strategies for improvement of deviations from budget.
• Lead to maximize revenues and minimize operating expenses by working with the director on billing, coding, compliance, and fee structures; implement cost controls.
