Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize daily laboratory operations including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation aligned with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
Lead, recruit, train, and mentor laboratory technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and analyze data to identify trends.
Manage multiple laboratory projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
