Responsibilities

• Ensures adequate performance of all laboratory operations and procedures.
• Presents data and answers questions proficiently across all levels.
• Recommends and endorses test methods and validates systems.
• Initiates and monitors quality assurance programs for the laboratory.
• Reports abnormal findings to the Medical Laboratory Director.
• Ensures quality of service meets internal and external client requirements.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and corporate standards.
