Job summary

Adena Health System is seeking a Manager, Laboratory for its Critical Access Hospital to lead all laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing and compliance across multiple sections. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on patient care in a community-based hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all lab sections (Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Transfusion/Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Immunochemistry, Point of Care, Micro, Pathology, Reference Lab, Phlebotomy).
• Collaborate with Laboratory Medical Director and Pathologist for testing quality and competency control.
• Manage daily operations, allocate resources, and support staff development while ensuring CAP/CLIA compliance.
