Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls is seeking a Laboratory Processor to join our team. You will obtain orders, perform data entry, and ensure proper patient identification and labeling of samples.
Duties include transporting samples to the laboratory following procedures and delivering excellent service to patients, doctors and colleagues. Responsibilities also include working under pressure and performing CLIA-waived moderate testing, contributing to accurate results and quality patient care

Obtain, process doctors’ orders, and data entry. Process incoming samples ensuring proper patient identification and labeling. Follows hospital policies and procedures for transporting/delivering of samples to laboratory. Provide good customer service on the phone, patients, doctors and other medical staff. Work well under pressure Perform CLIA waived moderate testing.

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or higher. Current BLS Certification. Valid driver’s license.
Experience: Phlebotomy course or phlebotomy experience.
