Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, laboratory outreach, specimen collection, phlebotomy, healthcare training, client services, or ambulatory healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated solid presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field-based liaison between Laboratory Services and ambulatory practices, collection centers and providers.
• Educate providers and clinic staff on laboratory processes and compliance.
• Promote consistent laboratory practices and support delivery of safe, high-quality services.
