Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and assessing laboratory education needs.
• Develop and maintain educational programs for trainees and staff.
• Coordinate training for new employees.
• Teach and mentor students and employees, ensuring competency and compliance.
• Engage in formal educational activities within health sciences programs.
