Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan education needs with laboratory leadership.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of clinical laboratory education programs for students/interns.
• Develop and coordinate new employee training and education programs in collaboration with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Teach/train/mentor students and employees, maintaining competency in laboratory specialty and education methodologies.
