Job summary

BrightView in Cincinnati is seeking a Laboratory Data Processor/Accessioner to support our growing laboratory operations on a 1st shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM).

You will check in and accession patient specimens, enter data, and help ensure accurate and timely reporting. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 0–2 years of sample processing or accessioning experience, with strong Excel skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of sample processing and/or accessioning experience.
• Flexible availability; Saturday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Check in and accession patient specimens and enter data into systems.
• Use Excel to assign tests and manage samples.
• Prepare and label vials and tubes for analyses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor deadlines.
• Provide customer service and coordinate report updates.
