Job summary

BrightView LLC is seeking a Laboratory Data Processor/Accessioner to support our growing Laboratory. The role involves checking in samples, entering data into multiple systems, and ensuring accuracy with a detail-oriented approach.

The position requires 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexible availability including Saturdays. Immediate benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of sample processing or accessioning experience.
• Flexible availability; Saturday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Check in and record laboratory samples from busy centers.
• Use Excel to assign tests to samples and manage samples.
• Prepare and label vials, centrifuge tubes, and IR tubes for Laboratory staff.
• Obtain new toxicology orders from medical providers.
• Enter data accurately into two computer systems.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Update patient records with laboratory results and medications.
• Communicate updates to clinical centers as needed.
• Troubleshoot computer/printer issues and maintain supplies.
• Attend group and project meetings and participate in training.
