Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Specimen Processor to join our Cincinnati, OH team. The role focuses on receiving and sorting clinical lab specimens, preparing them for testing, and performing data entry and basic equipment checks.

You will work Monday–Friday, 3:00am–11:30am with rotating weekends, contributing to accurate diagnostics in a fast-paced setting. This position requires a high school diploma and offers opportunities to grow within Labcorp's extensive global network, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and basic computer/data entry ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure lab equipment is functioning; perform minor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot specimen-related issues.
• Replenish test bench supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete logs and administrative duties.
