Laboratory Courier (Full Time)
Location: Medical Center - 600 Medical Center Drive, Newton, KS, 67114

Help Keep Our Lab Operations Running Smoothly
At NMC Health, we rely on timely and secure delivery of lab specimens and supplies to provide exceptional patient care. We are currently hiring a Laboratory Courier to transport critical materials and information between facilities while providing excellent service and maintaining safety standards.

Hours: 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver laboratory/pathology specimens, reports, and supplies

Ensure timely and safe transport of materials

Communicate professionally with departments and team members

Follow proper protocols for handling diagnostic specimens

Meet regulatory requirements for shipping and safety training

What You Will Need:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

No prior experience required well provide training

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Licensure & Certifications:

Valid Kansas drivers license with an excellent driving record

OSHA/DOT/IATA for diagnostic specimen packaging (every 3 years)
