The candidate will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel (30-50%) is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to support our client base effectively.

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Automation Engineer. This individual will be involved with supporting the territory in keeping the system equipment in optimal shape for our customer base. This will start with installation, training, and application support. Programming as well as system support and preventative maintenance are also part of the candidate’s duties. The position will work closely with sales (both pre‑sales and post‑sales) to assist in instrument demonstrations or other tasks to grow the business. As part of a small elite team, we will look to you to help with identifying new trends, contribute to documentation or tech notes, and streamline applications as needed. We are looking for a quick learner that can operate independently yet cooperatively to support those innovations as well as keeping the existing installation base operational and instilling confidence in our products.
Responsibilities
