Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field with clinical internship.
• ASCP/NCA or equivalent certification preferred for license eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years in a laboratory role; 3 years for Blood Bank specialization.
• Ability to develop policies and procedures and lead staff through change.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in implementing new instruments, tests, and methodologies.
• Train staff in new laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Maintain policy, SOP, and quality control manuals in compliance with regulators.
