Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science including supervised internship, or a Bachelor's in Applied Science.
• College degree in a scientific field with relevant experience.
• ASCP/NCA or equivalent certification preferred.

• Lead administrative and technical functions under the Technical Supervisor.
• Assist in training staff in new methodologies.
• Maintain SOPs/QC manuals and facilitate annual staff reviews.
• Promote flexibility in staffing to enhance productivity.
