Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collects, processes, labels, and delivers specimens accurately.
• Executes venous and capillary invasive procedures.
• Records collection and receipt of samples in the hospital computer system.
• Loads specimens on automated track system; urinalysis, chemistry and hematology analyzers.
• Performs basic clerical duties as needed.
• Maintains laboratory cleanliness and equipment.
