Responsibilities

• Perform video receipt of incoming specimens and organize documents for clinical processing.
• Package send-outs for Block Returns and document each specimen shipped.
• Dispose of trash as per protocol and ensure no patient information is exposed.
• Transport cases between departments and maintain accurate case activation order.
• Document case activities in LIS and SharePoint, ensuring traceability.
• Follow SOPs and use available resources to overcome challenges.
• Assist with related duties and special projects as needed.
