Job summary

Follow all SOPs to maintain safety and quality, support administrative duties, and uphold documentation standards. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred healthcare or lab experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills beneficial.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure lab equipment is working and perform minor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot specimen related issues and replenish test bench supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow SOPs.
